1 - Contact
One of our experienced ultrasound Field Service Engineers will speak with you directly when you contact us about your probe repair needs
4 - Repair
The next day, we will return and repair your ultrasound probe. We also test the system to ensure your probe is working properly
2 - Diagnose
We will go to your practice and diagnose the problem
5 - Return
When all repairs have been successfully completed, we return the ultrasound equipment to clinical service. We have a commitment to 99.5% guaranteed uptime
3 - Order
After an in-depth diagnosis, we will put parts on order to receive overnight
6 - Assess
After monitoring your system for 24 hours, we will send over an invoice
In the event of an emergency and there is severe damage to your ultrasound probe, we will supply you with a loaner/rental until we fix the problem.
